From the Headmaster
Dear Families,
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, the faculty, the students, and the extended Redeemer community, I thank you for your interest in Redeemer Episcopal Academy. As Headmaster, I am among a select group of parents, teachers and students who seek an education where every day counts, and preparing students for the future is our most important aim.
Right now, in countries all over the world, students are preparing to wage a battle with American kids right here on American soil. This battle will not entail guns and missiles. It will be the battle of the brains. Students in China, Japan, Korea, Israel, France, and Germany all score higher on tests of mathematics, science and writing than American students. Only students who have exemplary preparation for this battle will be victorious. In addition, American students are becoming the new secular humanists of the 21st century.
At Redeemer, we hark back to lessons learned and taught by some of the finest Episcopal schools in America. We embrace individuality; we welcome diversity and we fight hard to find affordable solutions to the high price of a fine education. Our families work hard. We know that. Only by actively raising money for scholarships can we attract the kind of student who will truly profit from a Redeemer Education. The Redeemer Georgia Goal committee as well as our development committee is committed to providing the best that money can buy at the lowest possible price. Thank you all.
Today I can tell you that Redeemer stands prepared for the challenges of the 21st Century. We are committed to being the number one school in the area, and we will work hard to make that goal a reality. We bring together a faculty who are highly qualified to get the job done.
In closing, we are delighted to welcome interested families to come in and discover Redeemer’s true classroom success.
